The residence design came up with a challenge for retaining the load bearing structure of earlier built ground floor and proposing a new first floor with huge office space of advocate. The design was conceived with utility of spaces in terms of usuable spatial planning and high storage requirement for books and documents.

The house was face lifted into a modern look with in budget and timelines, and retention of ground floor facial features.
